Pullman Luang Prabang

Hotel is wonderful! Many compliments to the landascapers and designers because i've never seen anything like that. The pool areas and amazing and to overlook the rice fields is a real wonderful experience. The room was awesome, so big, a huge bathroom, all the amenities.

The staff were unbelievably helpful, kind and efficient. For the majority of our stay, we didn’t see other guests so we had the luxury of having the pools to ourselves. We quite liked the distance from the main town as it meant the hotel was very quiet. There was a free shuttle provided too. They helped us organise our train tickets and tours (waterfall, Mekong sunset cruise. Food was good and varied!

Magnificent hotel with sumptuous decor, especially at sunrise and sunset. Offers a truly relaxing moment of calm. The whole team is welcoming, friendly and very attentive. We received all the help we needed to organize various excursions. The hotel is quiet but also a little out of the city center: a shuttle service is available, but you have to keep to the timetable. The service was very punctual and much appreciated. Great choice for the breakfast buffet, large fitness and nice pool.

Incredibly luxurious property built in a rice paddy on the edge of Luang Prabang. It feels like a private oasis back in time. Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, balconies, wonderful bathroom with huge bath tub. Three pools, multiple restaurants, beautiful spa, option classes/experiences on site. Staff was very attentive.

The Pullman was a really impressive site boasting fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The room was very comfortable and well designed. Staff were welcoming and helpful with all our needs.
